A suburb of North Port, Lakewood Ranch offers a median home list price of $427K. It has a three-year appreciation rate of nearly 6% and a three-year home listing increase rate of nearly 74%. This suburb was once a master-planned community and it’s found just 30 minutes from Sarasota, Florida.
One of the reasons Lakewood Ranch is growing so fast is their marketing efforts. They do a great job using social media and other promotions to get the word out. Many new buyers are coming for the homes at the Esplanade Golf and Country Club, along with other communities throughout.
